Stephanie’s Raw Milk Coffee Recipe

This is my easy peasy everyday go-to coffee recipe. I am an iced coffee kind of girl, but you can use any coffee of your liking. I stay away from sugar, artificial sweeteners, and coffee creamers that are filled with seed oils. I don’t typically love black coffee so I found my approach to make my morning coffee a little sweeter without all the bad stuff.

My go to creamer option is Raw Milk. Raw milk is fresh, unprocessed milk that hasn’t been heated so it keeps its important, nutrient dense properties in place. Raw milk is also full of beneficial bacteria, important nutrients, and enzymes that help with digestion.

To add some flavor, I add maple syrup and cinnamon powder. If I am drinking hot coffee, I will also had raw honey and raw butter or coconut oil. All this saturated fat in the morning is essential for brain function, heart health, and maintaining energy too!

*I may also add a scoop of Holi Mane from Agent Nateur in my morning coffee if I have some. I just recently finished my bag. It’s marine collagen and pearl powder and it’s made my hair grow like a weed!

Ingredients:

  • Chameleon Handcrafted Cold-Brew or Your Choice of Coffee

  • Raw Farms Raw Milk

  • Maple Syrup

  • Cinnamon Powder

Preparation:

Step 1: Whatever coffee you use, pour yourself a glass.

Step 2: Add the amount of raw milk you want.

Step 3: Pour a little maple syrup

Step 4: Sprinkle a dash of cinnamon powder

Step 5: Stir and VOILA! Sip and Enjoy
